2.Does the product support customizatiom? What is your MOQ?
Yes, we support customization. Below are the details of our commonly customized projects:
1). We support custom color(MOQ is 500pcs each item per color).
2). We also support custom logo: laser (MOQ is 100pcs), silk screen printing(MOQ is 300pcs each item per color), embossed/debossed( MOQ is 1000pcs, need open new mold).
3). We also support custom packaging, such as custom box (MOQ is 500pcs each design), custom sleeve(MOQ is 500pcs each design), custom ziplook bag( MOQ is 1000pcs), custom PVC box(MOQ is 1000pcs) etc.
4). We also support custom product. MOQ is 1000pcs. (Usually requires you to provide an idea or 3D design)
3. For OEM or ODM order, how do I guarantee the product correctly meet my requirement?
For customized products, we will confirm all the artwork with you before production. Then we will make samples for you to confirm, and finally we will arrange mass production according to your confirmation. The standardized process ensures that the product meets your needs.
4.What are your payment terms?
We support T/T, Paypal, Alibaba Trade Assurance payment method. Non-customized products: we support 30% deposit to confirm the order, 70% final payment before shipment. Customized products: we support 50% deposit to confirm the order, 50% final payment before shipment.
5. How do you guarantee you products is safe?
Our raw material is 100% food grade silicone. We have SGS, ROHS, LFGB Certificate. All these certifications ensure that our products meet the standards.
6. When we receive the goods, some of them were damaged, how do you solve it?
First, before shipment, we will inspect all products. Second, though they are well packed, sometimes damage can’t be avoided because of the rough handing during shipping. Third, In this case, please contact me and send the pictures or video to me, let me know the quantity which is broken, we will resend them to you with next order.
